For losing weight, you'll need to decide a couple things.  First, how much do you want to end up weighing?  How much do you need to lose?  Then when do you want to become that weight?  That will tell you how much you need to lose each week/month.

1.  First, type in a title for this goal: 

2.  The first thing you need to put in the wiz is WHY you want to lose weight and get fit...
     

3.  To accomplish this goal, you'll need to decide a couple things.
  a)  First, what is your current weight? lbs. (sorry metric won't work)
  b)  What is your ideal healthy weight? lbs. (sorry metric won't work)
  c)  Now, when do you start your plan (we suggest you start on a Monday)? 
  d)  Now, when do you want to be at this weight? 

That will tell you how much you need to lose each month.

4.  Then we'll need to decide what actions you're willing to take to get there.
   Check whether you are willing and able to:
     Join a paid plan (like Weight Watchers)Eat healthierExercise?

5.  We also have built a quick wizard for the EAS Body-for-LIFE plan.

Check here to ignore #4 above and set up a Body-for-LIFE format of Mon-Wed-Fri Weight Training, Tue-Thu-Sat Aerobic Exercise, 6 small meals daily and Sunday Pig-out day.

Note:  If you check #5, #4 is ignored.  Otherwise you will be reminded daily for the next week to join a plan (if you checked it), reminded daily to eat well, and given options to choose your days to exercise!
