The Increase Sales wizard will help you put a simple plan in place to get your sales (and therefore income) where you want them.  It will not use fancy funnel systems, prospecting tools or anything, but starting with a sales goal, average sale amount and closing ratios, you will end up with a great, general plan.

 

1.  First, give this goal a title:

2.  The first thing you need to put in the wiz is WHY you want to increase sales.  Type in as many reasons as you can think of...
     

3.  To increase sales, you'll need to decide a couple things.
  a)  First, how much new business do you want to sign? $

  b)  When do you want to start working on this?
  c)  Then when do you want to have it booked?

That will tell you how much you need to cover each month -- above and beyond any current sales.

4.  Now we need to know:
  a)  What's your average sale amount? $
  b)  How many people do you need to present to before you get a sale?
  c)  How many people do you need to call in order to get an appointment to present your product?

From this information, we can create your scenario!  Reminders will be set up to tell you to call __ number of new prospects daily, weekly, whatever;  __ number of people to present to from those calls;  and __ number of people that should close based on your presentations!
