Lower My Golf Score Wiz

The Lower My Golf Score wizard will help you put a plan in place to improve your golf game!  You can add up to five actions to take to get there.  We've started you off with 'go to the driving range' as an example -- leave it, or change it to whatever you want.

1.  First, give this goal a title:

2.  The first thing you need to put in the wiz is WHY you want to lower your score...
     

3.  You'll need to decide a couple things.
  a)  What do you currently shoot as an average for 18 holes?
  b)  What do you want to be shooting for 18 holes?
  c)  When do you want to be hitting at this level?

4.  Then we'll need to decide what we're going to do to get there.
What can you do to lower your score...
Examples:
     Go to Driving Range, every 2 days
     Play 36 holes, every 1 week on Sat and Sun
     Take a Golf Lesson, every 3 days
     Watch a Golf Video, every 1 Month
     Practice Chipping, every 1 day
